01 // Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Mr. Geek LLC, a Georgia Limited Liability Company ("Company," "we," "us"). By booking a service, submitting a contact form, making a payment, or engaging Mr. Geek LLC in any capacity, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
02 // Services Provided
Mr. Geek LLC provides mobile and remote technology services including but not limited to:
- Computer repair and hardware diagnostics (on-site)
- Custom PC building โ labor only, client-supplied parts
- Device setup and troubleshooting (laptops, routers, printers, smart TVs)
- Remote tech support and software troubleshooting
- Monthly business support retainer plans
- Add-on services (security checkups, backup setup, tune-ups, lessons)
Services are delivered on-site at the client's chosen location within the service area, or remotely via secure screen-sharing software. The Company reserves the right to decline any service request at its sole discretion.
03 // No Fix, No Fee Guarantee
The following conditions apply:
- A $35 diagnostic fee may apply if significant investigative time was spent on a device that ultimately cannot be repaired
- The diagnostic fee is credited toward the total cost if the client proceeds with a repair
- The guarantee applies to labor fees only โ parts purchased by the client are non-refundable
- Issues arising after repair from unrelated causes are not covered under this guarantee
04 // Payments & Billing
All prices are in USD. Payment is due upon completion of service unless a deposit is agreed upon in advance. Accepted payment methods: all major credit/debit cards (via Stripe), Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, and cash (on-site only).
- Card payments processed securely through Stripe, Inc.
- Digital receipt provided for all transactions
- Late payments may result in suspension of ongoing service arrangements
05 // Subscriptions & Recurring Billing
The Small Business Monthly Plan ($79/month) is billed automatically on the date of initial signup via Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal
- Pricing changes will be communicated with at least 14 days advance notice
06 // Refund Policy
- Completed repairs: Non-refundable if the reported issue was resolved
- Subscription payments: Non-refundable for the current billing period
- Parts (client-purchased): Client assumes responsibility โ contact the retailer directly
- Disputes: Must be raised within 30 days of the service date
If you are dissatisfied, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve issues directly and promptly.
07 // Client Data & Privacy
Mr. Geek LLC does not access, copy, or retain client data beyond what is necessary to perform the requested service. Clients are solely responsible for backing up their data before any repair or service visit.
All client information shared during the service engagement is kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without express written consent, except as required by law.
08 // Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. Services are delivered on a best-efforts basis. Clients are advised to maintain up-to-date backups of all important data.
09 // Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement with written notice. The client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date. The Company may immediately suspend services for non-payment or material violation of these Terms.
10 // Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. These Terms are governed by Georgia law.
11 // Changes to These Terms
Mr. Geek LLC may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Active subscription clients will receive 14 days advance notice of material changes.
