Most on-site jobs in the Westchase core (77042/77077) are same-day, usually within 1โ€“3 hours during business hours. I'll give you an honest ETA when you reach out.
What if you can't fix it? โ–ผ
You don't pay for labor โ€” period. The only charge that may stand is the $35 diagnostic fee if significant investigative time was spent. That fee gets credited toward any follow-up repair if you proceed.
Do I need to buy my own parts? โ–ผ
For repairs, I'll tell you exactly what to order and where. For PC builds, you buy everything โ€” I provide a custom parts list with links. This keeps costs lower with zero markup on my end.
Where do we meet for on-site visits? โ–ผ
Wherever is convenient โ€” your home, apartment, office, or a public parking area. For first-time visits I'm happy to meet at a coffee shop or library parking lot.
What's the $79/month Small Business Plan? โ–ผ
Two priority remote sessions per month plus a dedicated response line โ€” I'll reply within 30 minutes during business hours. No contracts, cancel anytime through Stripe. Ideal for small offices needing occasional IT help without a full-time person.
How do I pay? โ–ผ
Card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash on-site. For invoices, use the Pay page which goes through Stripe. All payments are documented and receipted automatically.
